베트남–스웨덴 비즈니스 포럼, SotaTek – Key Solutions AB 전략적 협력 발표

SotaTek은 베트남–스웨덴 비즈니스 포럼에서 스웨덴 유망 기술 기업 Key Solutions AB와 전략적 파트너십을 체결하며 유럽 시장 공략에 본격적으로 나섰습니다.

6월 12일 오후(현지시각), Pham Minh Chinh 베트남 총리의 공식 스웨덴 방문 일정 중 하나로 베트남–스웨덴 비즈니스 포럼이 개최되었습니다. 이번 포럼은 ‘Green Transformation, Digital Transformation, and Innovation.’을 주제로, Benjamin Dousa 스웨덴 국제개발협력·무역부 장관과 공동 주최했으며, Bui Thanh Son 부총리 겸 외교부 장관을 비롯해 양국의 주요 정부 관계자와 기업 리더들이 대거 참석했습니다.

양국 간 정치적 우호 관계를 바탕으로 경제 협력도 더욱 강화되고 있으며, 2024년 기준 베트남과 스웨덴 간의 교역 규모는 미화 14억 8천만 달러에 달합니다. 스웨덴은 베트남의 29번째 투자국으로, 총 111개의 프로젝트에 약 7억 4,340만 달러를 투자한 바 있습니다. Ericsson, ABB, IKEA, Electrolux, Volvo, and H&M 등 70개 이상의 스웨덴 기업이 베트남에서 활발히 활동 중이지만, 반대로 베트남의 스웨덴 내 투자는 아직 미미한 수준으로, 단 3건에 총 투자액은 100만 달러 미만입니다.

이번 포럼에서 양국 지도자들은 녹색 에너지, 디지털화, 통신, 혁신, 교육 등 다양한 분야에 여전히 많은 협력 잠재력이 있음을 강조했습니다. 또한, 기업들이 주도적으로 협력에 나설 수 있도록 제도 개선, 스마트 인프라 구축, 인재 양성 등 기반 조성의 중요성도 함께 논의되었습니다.

Pham Minh Chinh 총리는 오는 7월 1일부터 베트남 정부가 행정 절차 간소화 및 불필요한 규제 철폐에 나설 것이며, 이는 스웨덴 기업들의 신규 진출 및 투자를 촉진하는 계기가 될 것이라고 밝혔습니다. 더불어 베트남은 투자자의 권리를 보호하고, 정치적 안정성을 유지해 지속 가능한 비즈니스 환경을 조성할 것임을 재확인했습니다.

이날 포럼 현장에서는 SotaTek과 스웨덴 기업 Key Solutions AB 간의 전략적 파트너십 체결식이 팜 민 찐 총리 및 양국 주요 인사들의 증인 하에 진행되었습니다.

SotaTek은 베트남을 대표하는 SDaaS(Software Development as a Service) 및 IT 컨설팅 기업으로, 이번 협약을 통해 세일즈 전략과 고객 참여, 이벤트 기반 확장에 강점을 가진 스웨덴의 Key Solutions AB와 긴밀한 협력을 시작합니다.

양사는 이번 파트너십을 통해 글로벌 기업들이 디지털 전환을 가속화하고, 혁신을 주도하며, 급변하는 시장 환경에 효과적으로 대응할 수 있도록 종합적인 디지털 솔루션을 제공할 계획입니다.

On the afternoon of June 12, during Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s official visit to Sweden, he and Sweden’s Minister of International Development Cooperation and Trade, Benjamin Dousa, co‑hosted the Vietnam–Sweden Business Forum themed “Green Transformation, Digital Transformation, and Innovation.” The event attracted Vice‑Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Bui Thanh Son, other senior officials from both nations, and top business leaders.

Against the backdrop of strong political ties, economic relations between Vietnam and Sweden have deepened, with total bilateral trade reaching US 1.48 billion in 2024. Sweden ranks 29th among investing countries in Vietnam, with 111 active projects totaling US 743.4 million. While over 70 Swedish companies including Ericsson, ABB, IKEA, Electrolux, Volvo, and H&M, are already operating in Vietnam, Vietnamese investments in Sweden remain modest, with only three projects under US 1 million.

At the forum, leaders underscored untapped potential in areas such as green energy, digitalization, telecoms, innovation, and education. Both governments stressed the importance of creating enabling environments, streamlined policy, smart infrastructure, and skilled human capital to inspire enterprises to pioneer cooperation. 

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh emphasized that starting July 1, Vietnam will further reduce administrative bottlenecks and red tape, paving the way for a new wave of Swedish investment. He affirmed Vietnam’s commitment to safeguarding investor rights and maintaining political stability to foster a sustainable business climate
