SotaTek Signs MOU on Strategic Collaboration with Micware

On September 30, 2025, SotaTek entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Micware Co., Ltd. to establish a strategic collaboration.

This MOU aims to leverage the strengths of both companies to expand their businesses and enhance brand value in Vietnam and global markets. It also outlines the exploration of future collaboration models, including potential capital partnerships or the establishment of a joint venture. The agreement was signed based on mutual trust and productive discussions between the two parties.

Micware supports domestic and international mobility businesses through its expertise in automotive software and digital mapping. As part of its growth strategy, the company is strengthening its overseas development base, with a particular focus on Vietnam.
