SotaTek Year-End Party 2025: "Always One Step Ahead"

As 2025 came to a close, SotaTekers from across regions gathered for a meaningful Year-End Party to celebrate a year defined by growth, transformation, and shared ambition. Under the theme “Always One Step Ahead”, the event was not only a celebration but also a reflection of SotaTek’s mindset and direction as an AI & Blockchain Innovation Partner.

A Year of Transformation and Progress

The evening opened with moments of reflection, looking back on a remarkable 2025 - a year in which SotaTek achieved nearly 40% growth compared to 2024 and officially redefined its positioning from a technology service consulting & provider to an AI & Blockchain Innovation Partner.

This strategic transformation was further strengthened by a significant investment from Excelsior Capital Vietnam Partners, reinforcing long-term confidence in SotaTek’s vision and capabilities. In parallel, the company continued to expand its ecosystem with the launch of SotaMedia and SotaHR, alongside the introduction of Tín Việt, a fintech joint venture focused on modernizing Vietnam’s financial infrastructure.

2025 also marked an important step in SotaTek’s regional expansion with the opening of a new office in Korea, strengthening the company’s presence in Northeast Asia.

Celebrating Excellence: Sota Awards

A key highlight of the night was the Sota Awards Ceremony, where outstanding individuals and teams were honored for their exceptional contributions throughout the year. These recognitions reflected SotaTek’s commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

New this year, Sota Tank made its debut as an internal innovation competition, creating a dynamic platform for SotaTekers to pitch ideas, showcase creativity, and explore the potential of turning innovative thinking into real-world solutions. Sota Tank embodied the spirit of “Always One Step Ahead” by encouraging proactive thinking, experimentation, and ownership.

Innovation Beyond the Stage

Behind every celebration lies real impact. In 2025, SotaTek launched Made by Sota — a growing portfolio of products and platforms spanning enterprise systems, digital platforms, and intelligent technologies. These solutions demonstrate how SotaTek builds, scales, and delivers practical innovation for clients and partners.

As an innovation partner, SotaTek expanded its network to 20+ technology and ecosystem partners, including Databricks, VNG Cloud, and Beacon Korea. The year also saw the signing of a strategic partnership with Key Solutions AB (Sweden) during the Vietnamese Prime Minister’s official visit, highlighting SotaTek’s growing international collaboration.

Throughout the year, SotaTek actively shared expertise at major platforms such as World IT Show 2025, AI Taiwan Future Commerce Expo, and the POST-APEC Global Vision Summit. Notably, the Blockchain & AI Seminar in Đà Nẵng marked an important milestone in strengthening SotaTek’s presence in Vietnam’s central region.

Beyond industry events, SotaTek contributed to national innovation initiatives, supporting open platforms that advance Vietnam’s digital ecosystem and participating in the 3rd National Forum on Digital Economy and Digital Society Development, bringing enterprise perspectives into national digital transformation discussions.

In 2025, SotaTek Education continued to invest in next-generation talent through close collaboration with universities, training institutions, and national innovation programs such as the DeepEdu Project.
